COVID 19 DELIVERY UPDATE
We are still closed in store due to the ongoing lockdown but we are able to post online purchases weekly.
Please contact us to find out the latest update of when we will next be in store to organise special delivery to you.
We aim to post at least twice a week special next day delivery - If you email us and speak with Daniel, he can assist you quickly & easily.
All purchases over £100 are inclusive of the free delivery. There is a £10 charge for any purchase under £100.
EU / USA / REST OF THE WORLD
All parcels are sent Royal Mail special delivery and are fully insured. We are still able to send parcels abroad to EU countries, USA & rest of the world. These are sent via FedEx with a £50 delivery charge at checkout. Please note, any country outside the UK will have to pay the small customs charge on arrivals with FedEx.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT US.
WE NEED TO PROVIDE AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS AS THE STORE CANNOT RECEIVE POST DURING LOCKDOWN.
RETURNS: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase with Mr Harold & Son, you are able to return the unwanted item to ourselves within 30 days in its original condition, unworn, with the original packaging and sales receipt. If the item is not damaged in any way, you will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds if your item has been specially made to order or personalised to your requirements, for example sizings.
Please note: Items bought in store cannot be refunded after purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer a credit note depending on the situation.
